About the Firm

About Trust Advisor, A Professional Legal Corporation

Trust Advisor was founded on a straightforward idea: that most Los Angeles families deserve access to serious estate planning — the kind that anticipates problems, reflects their actual situation, and is built to last.

The name is deliberate. A trust advisor isn’t just someone who drafts documents. It’s someone who understands the full picture: the documents, the tax implications, the family dynamics, and the things that go wrong when plans are incomplete or poorly conceived.

The firm serves individuals, couples, families, and business owners throughout Los Angeles — from the Westside to the San Fernando Valley — in estate planning, trust administration, probate, and trust disputes.

What makes Trust Advisor different is not a marketing claim. It is a structural fact: the attorney who handles your matter holds both a J.D. from UCLA School of Law and a CPA license from the State of California — and has spent years on both sides of contested trust proceedings.

One Firm, Three Moments

Families need this kind of counsel at three different moments. When you are planning — a living trust, a will, powers of attorney, an advance health care directive — the work is preventive. When someone has died and you are the successor trustee, the work is procedural: notices under Probate Code § 16061.7, accountings, tax filings, distributions, all with personal liability attached. And when something has gone wrong — a suspicious amendment, a trustee who will not communicate, distributions that never arrive — the work is adversarial. Trust Advisor handles all three, and the experience compounds: litigating broken plans teaches you how to build ones that hold.

The firm is located at 15760 Ventura Blvd., 7th Floor, Encino, CA 91436 — on the Ventura Boulevard corridor, serving clients throughout the San Fernando Valley, the Westside, and greater Los Angeles. Meetings are available in person, by phone, or by video. Call (818) 995-9432.

If you are ready to put a plan in place — or if something in an existing plan or trust administration requires attention — I welcome the conversation.
