1. Program Description
Trust Advisor, A Professional Legal Corporation offers SMS text messaging as a communication option for clients and prospective clients. Message types include: appointment reminders, responses to inquiry submissions, case status updates for existing clients, and occasional general communications about estate planning topics relevant to prior inquiries.
Message frequency varies based on the nature of your communication with the firm. Most contacts receive fewer than four messages per month.
2. How to Opt In
You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Trust Advisor by:
- Checking the SMS consent checkbox on the contact form at trustadvr.com/contact/
- Providing verbal consent during a phone consultation
- Texting [START/keyword — attorney to confirm] to (818) 995-9432
3. How to Opt Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from Trust Advisor at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, text START to (818) 995-9432.

5. Rates and Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Trust Advisor does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply.
