Daniel Matloubian is a California attorney and licensed CPA whose practice focuses on estate planning, trust administration, probate, and trust and will disputes. He founded Trust Advisor, A Professional Legal Corporation to provide Los Angeles families and business owners with the quality of counsel typically found only at large institutional firms — delivered with the directness and personal attention that solo practice makes possible.

Daniel received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law with a specialization in business law and taxation, and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Before founding Trust Advisor, he practiced at Snell & Wilmer LLP (Private Client Services Group), Holland & Knight LLP (Private Wealth Services Group), and Keystone Law Group, P.C., where he handled estate planning, trust administration, and probate litigation matters for high-net-worth individuals and families.

That litigation background shapes how Daniel approaches planning. Having spent years in contested trust proceedings — drafting challenges to trust instruments, defending trustees against beneficiary claims, and litigating accounting disputes — he understands exactly what makes estate plans fail. He builds plans designed to hold up.

The CPA credential adds a dimension most estate planning attorneys lack.
